We do not do any sort of high‐pressure selling. Our mission is to help customers find what they really want. We will find and suggest what is best, based on the customer’s budget and use.

That is certainly fine. Please come to the store and have a look. Our goal is to let customers look closely at pearls and realise how wonderful they are. Please purchase only when you find the right one. It is not a problem if you cannot decide in one visit.

When you come to the store, Yabuno the store leader, female customer service staffs, or male staffs with over 10 years of experience will take care of you. The pearl concierge with knowledge and experience will advise you through, so please feel free to ask anything.

A. enwsp Tokyo Ginza store, Osaka Shinsaibashi store are all opened on weekends as well. Please go to the Ginza store if you are near the Tokyo area, Shinsaibashi store if you are near the Osaka area,
